Unbreakable strength doesn’t boost the nail art damage so you should probably swap it out for something else :)

I've mastered his fight untill i beat him no damage 3 times in a row only to beat Nightmare King😐

Also remember that dreamnail and hitting him while he's teleporting after the bow isn't rude :)

I beat nkg radiant and it was super fun so I did it again and again and when I tried regular Grimm, he absolutely demolished me….

beat nightmare king grimm once and the normal version is just moving at slow motion

Tip: use cyclone instead of great slash

Grimm is one of those bosses where I had to sit myself down and say "hey. HEY. stop moving. move less. just dodge. don't go in to attack him. BAD. NO." I banned myself from attacking him for a couple rounds and I immediately got way better. So if you're stuck, I'd try that even though it feels annoying : )

His dream version "nightmare king grimm" is the most fun boss I've ever fought in any game

Unbreakable strength doesn't stack with nail arts. I would rather put on quick focus if you're set on using nail arts

I can probably no hit him but the balloon attack would probably always mess up the run

I found that some charms can be really helpful, such as Lifeblood Heart/Core because Grimm doesn't give much time to heal, so more HP to begin with can be really good

Tbh this fight is really easy after i beat NKG

its kinda one of most fun fights, not because its hard, but because its an actual dance.
Grimm attacks, lets you do so too, as if taking turns in the dance. his attacks have a rather rhythmic pattern, and when you get hit you feel like you got knocked out of the pattern which lead to quick death on Nightmare King.

As a tryhard player, this is dangerous for my eyes

This was really easy to radiant after radianting nkg .instead of using sword master's glory and shape of unn i used steady body and quick slash.

Once I noticed he screamed if you hit him when he bows, I never hit him when he bows again.

My dumb ass somehow beating asended nigthmare king grim with just 2 hits but dies on normal grimm :

Hardest part of the fight is the part where he turns into a disco ball

I tried defeating him without knowing about the bow. I failed like 15 times and a first time I bowed - easy win ❤

Use sharp shadow, it was the only reason I won

You can cheese him with stalwart shell, spell twister, shaman and full soul. Just blast the hell out of him so he becomes pure Grimm

No need already have done it plus the nightmare king

If you will use only nail arts you might as well not use unbreakable strength.

Grimm and NKG sure are hard but man, are those fights fun when you get the hang of the movement, it's truly a dance

Some more tips that I've found to be useful:
With both Troupe Master and Nightmare King, center yourself after each attack. When you've finished dodging, get to the center of the arena and wait there for him to attack again. That makes his movement a lot more predictable and ensures that you have room to dodge how you need to.
When Troupe Master charges down and along the ground, you can nail-bounce off his head. This is not true of Nightmare King, who has a damaging trail of fire behind him.
When Troupe Master uses his spikes, you can get two Shade Souls off on him if you're aligned right. Then, once you've done so, dash over to him when the spikes go down for a few extra hits.
If you're feeling really bold, after each pufferfish attack, you can jump up towards him. There's a single frame while he's hovering there where he can take another hit. This is true of both Troupe Master and Nightmare King.
Every single one of Troupe Master's attacks has a window where you can hit him. Sometimes it's safer to just dodge, but once you get in the rhythm and know where those windows are, it's easy to tag those extra hits. They don't seem like much, but they add up.
If you don't have to heal when he staggers, try and hit him! He's the bat with red eyes flying around the arena. He won't always be in the arena, but he can take some damage. If you deal lethal damage while he's staggered, he won't die - instead, he'll keep attacking until you can manage another attack, which will kill him.

Dont use strength or mark of pride if you're going for a nail-art focused build, Strength does NOT boost nail art damage and Mark of Pride does NOT increase nail-art range.
