Enjoyed the tours, Hands down the first house was better in almost every way. Better layout, bigger bedrooms (master is exception), bigger closet, IMO nicer fireplace and usable yard space, Pot filler if you dont need formal dining can use the other space as large office. List can keep going. Second house cost more, wasted layout space, extra bedrooms are tiny. the 1$/sqft. office carpet in the master was a turn off, smaller closet, flow from kitchen to living area is just offset and weird. Patio is pretty nice, but in reality from june- october is 100+ degrees and pretty sure most people wouldnt spend much time outside without a pool. All In my opinion just in that price range there should be no compromise. Thanks for the showing though.

Wow, these were so beautiful. They did seem a little small due to the layout especially for the price but I am biased because I love 2 stories. I get it though, you are also paying for the location.

The kitchen is nice
