Dave Ramsey is correct when talking about debt that buys things that are worth less than the day after you buy them. Good debt is debt that pays its own payment. Whether it be stock that sell to make its payments, or property that rents to make its payments.. debt is perfect in the right place, and horrendous in the wrong place.

The whole mind changing thing.. all entrepreneurial people are “data engines”. We play statistics, and if an input tips the balance, then a change will happen.. another thing we do is spill ideas for opinion, an entrepreneurial person is spitting ideas, but a non entrepreneurial person thinks it’s the only idea in your head, so when your data leads you in a way that must people didn’t see by your questioning, you look flighty and non focused.

Biggest contrepreneur around this guy when he talks about his property but he clearly is driven and he's done well in his training (which doesn't work by the way) hes full of ideas and made a few quid (apparently though not according to companies house so hes either full of bs or not paying tax so either way a bit dodgy) I'd be interested in what James really thought of him

Some of the personal comments about Rob are ill informed. I've been a customer of Rob since 2007 and talked to him, one to one, dozens of times. He is sometimes disarmingly honest, very quick to learn and shrewd. Like all successful people, he has to have defences so that he doesn't get ripped off and taken advantage of. His personal progress since 2007 is humbling.

I'm not a big fan of Rob TBH - there is something "off" about him ... but is there any reason why he is "confronted" and your other guests are just interviewed? Seems like an ego thing. How big is your cash cock?

Stumbled upon this podcast and just subscribed. Enjoyed that! I watch Rob’s vids and don’t think there is anything remotely shifty or slimey about him.. entrepreneurs don’t get the respect they deserve. The derogatory comments on here say more about the people posting them.

Utter rubbish. Companies House has some answers. Plenty of companies - nothing in them. If either of these two are wealthy I'd be surprised. Rob doesn't sound wealthy or astute, its all talk and bluster. Scratch beneath the surface and he'll have issues everywhere. Deluded. He'll have little actual business cash coming in.

Total yearly rent earning £3m over 1540 tenants = £1,948 per year of each one Tennant. £1,948/12 months = £162pcm rent. Doesn’t add up at all
