The real problem are the lawyers, for the most part lawyers are NOT honest people, they are out for themselves NOT their customers, their job is to cause conflict and confusion and profit from the conflict they cause.

They made 2 Indians pay for the larger crime of the Jewish mafia. They have become truly untouchable by any US laws. So the weakest links are made to pay. Its a disgrace.

He was indeed a Political Prisoner....but being as graceful as has, vindicates that. The interview is great training ground on how to be a crafty, incisive and respectful individual even under such trying circumstances, since these interviews are certainly not easy....great viewing...

No lawyer in their right mind would let a criminal who has committed a crime let their clients testify. He would just lie and burn on the stand and gets a longer sentence.

13 second phone call erased all of what he achieved in life. Preet doesn’t like being Indian. One of these days he is going to get spiritual and repent what he has done for his own people. Even dictators like Trump, Hitler did some thing good for their people. Preet is exact opposite. He will do everything for the whites but not his race

the problem with his alibi about the call to Raj is that Raj immediately bought Goldman (more of) and Morgan Stanley and bank ETF shares. Gupta couldn't benefit from it directly without it being obvious, so he gave it to his MBA classmate and close friend instead.

Idk him, but to me, it sounds like he comes from such privilege/wealth that it makes him come across as "out of touch." He said he should be able to tender a doctor's note instead of being tested for TB upon entry into prison? Lol. He said "I was not like the others there [in prison]." Yikes. Even a massive shock/conviction/prison stint didn't do enough to break his ego.

This man was found guilty of fraud by our courts of law using the highest burden of evidence: beyond a reasonable doubt. It is very safe to say that he IS guilty and therefore he IS lying here throughout the interview. Fraud is a serious crime whose victims suffer terribly. Let's all be aware that people like this see us as suckers to be played. He is pulling one over on you. Don't let him.
