Meet the most brazen cheaters in Vegas; two men create fantastically fake poker chips; a cheat and his cronies manipulate payouts by reprogramming slot machines; a thief on a motorcycle robs the Bellagio at gunpoint snatching $1.5 million in chips.

In this episode of Cheating Vegas, it’s a front-row ticket to the “Cheaters Hall Of Fame” with the most brash and outlandish set of cons and characters to ever rob a casino floor. There’s Dennis Nikrasch, who back in the 1970’s, rigged old-school mechanical slot machines for an estimated haul of nearly $10 million. Later, Nikrasch graduates to digital slot machines and recruits a team of “blockers” to shield him from cameras as he plants computer chips that will guarantee payouts. Erick Morikawa and Jeremy Lewis make casino-cheating history by being the first cons to successfully transform $1 casino chips –“minting” them into any denomination they choose. With the help of home computers, printers, and a little paint, the duo nets thousands before being caught by Nevada Gaming investigators. Morikawa will later try the same scam again – this time partnering with Russian mobsters. Jimmy Shehady practices a decidedly different, and just outright blatant scam. Shehady is owed money and arranges to have the debt paid off by a dealer who’s willing to dump the game. Every Sunday, Shehady sits at the same Pai Gow poker table and never loses. Noticing the pattern, a smart pit boss on the floor gets wise and reports them. But perhaps none of the famous cheaters are quite so brazen as “The Biker Bandit,” who carries a weapon and dresses in full motorcycle garb to rob casinos. “The Biker Bandit” holds-up two different casinos, and at his second robbery, The Bellagio, he escapes with $1.5 million in playing chips. Eventually, he attempts to sell his stolen chips and finds himself in a world of trouble.
