I just know when I sparred boxing in my late teens the head gear jarred & hurt worse than no head gear. Either way the brain in any contact scenario is effected regardless. Most professional situations the juice is worth the squeeze to the ones participating. That’s why when Tuas 4 weeks is up he’s getting back on the field cuz we love the game regardless of risk involved.

That's one of the most ridiculous things I've seen in my life....... If they want to prevent head injuries in the NFL they should just go back to leather helmets. Nobody will be putting their head down and spearing other players with a leather helmet on.
