Hey again! Question: if I were to use this ant pulsetto on the same day, could I? If so, how long do I need to wait between these different devices? And what would be the maximum amount of combined sessions with pulsetto and verelief?
Thanks!
Which do u like better the pulseetto or the verelief?
ОтветитьGreat vid as always - unfortunately they stopped delivering to the UK now. Shame so I may go with pulsetto for now. You may have done a video on this but what's the diff between these VNS on the neck and something like the apollo neuro. Do you think they work well together?
ОтветитьTruvaga vs Pulsetto vs Verelied? What suits you best?
ОтветитьHow are you getting on with it? Are your results acute or chronic?
ОтветитьI’d like to see a video updating how your overall HRV looks and what your current feedback looks like with all the strategies you’ve implemented over the past year.
As a person with chronic illness and an avid interest in recovery and the body’s ability to recover- I’m curious what you’ve found in your experience and how you track that.
I have POTS and CFS which really kicked my a$$ when it first started. The things I’ve noticed helped the most have been myriad, but time and choices being the biggest.
Coupled with those, my biggest helpers as seen over subjective and objective information:
- acupuncture and Chinese herbs
- somatic experiencing
- therapy with a good therapist
- Primal Trust brain retraining for chronic illness
- proper supplements and electrolytes (this is huge as a POTSie)
- balanced diet and hydration (also huge. I really couldn’t eat enough comfortably until I started Primal Trust, and after 2 weeks I could eat with very little stomach pain. By 5 weeks I barely think about how my stomach will feel and my digestion is going towards normal)
- Vagus nerve toning exercises and eye movement exercises done 3x/day combined with intentional thought stopping of stressful thoughts
- breath regulation
Yea, so lots and lots of daily intentional activities. The ways I know they’re working is that my voice is deeper, my breathing is better (reduction in frequent air hunger), I can take more average steps per day, my standing/active hr is lower(not normal but lower for sure), no more gut pain, quicker to self regulate, clearer mental state, more emotional regulation and stress tolerance, and less depression.
It’s still a stupid long road, but for folks with health conditions I’m finding this process is the way- even though it’s complicated af sometimes.
Best of luck and thanks for the content. I just ordered the Verelief with your code, look forward to test driving it. 😊
I'm all about hacking my HRV and would love to see how this impacts my scores and recovery
ОтветитьHi how would you say this compares to amofit s? Is pulsetto a genuine product, no email or specific address.... Thanks
ОтветитьDoes it relieve stress?
ОтветитьWhat device are you using for measuring HF power? Is it the Polar H10 or something different?
ОтветитьCan this help my tinnitus?
ОтветитьI thought it was over $600?
ОтветитьDoh ! 😅
ОтветитьSo many which one is the best?
ОтветитьHey @HRVHackers
I'm looking at your videos and appreciate the uploads. I got a lief through your code, but I'm not sure what the other device would be. I want to increase my HRV and saw the apollo neuro vs sensate video too. This also is a nifty little life hack. I have severe anxiety and take medications for it. I have betablockers that I've only used 2x because I'd rather not unless there's chest pain. The chest pain has gone away fortunately but realized my heartrate is abnormal during school days often. I also have low blood pressure and think that having a better HRV could help with that. My lifecoach suggested me to figure out a good grounding ritual. I think having something to induce relaxation before talking to a pretty lady could be nice. I am pretty outgoing and always doing things outside of my comfort zone. I only just recently pushed past my approach anxiety for the first time. If you have any solid recommendations, I would love to support you and get another product through your affiliate promo code 😎
How many days or weeks did it take for the VeRelief to raise your HRV to the over-100 level shown in the video?
ОтветитьThanks so much for this helpful video. You helped me decide. I used your link below and promo code and it said invalid. Did the code change or is it no longer in effect? I cleared cookies and retried. LMK. Thanks.
ОтветитьHi i got a verelief but unfortunately I overreacted to it, and it was winding up my nervous system! They said to go very slow but im still not sure ... Do ppl generally settle down with it? Which of the other vagus devices that you could suggest that are maybe more gentle? I do have a neck injury that affects my nervous system.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
ОтветитьFirst off. You. Rule. Thank you for your videos and wisdom. I know everyone’s different but if you had to pick one. For extreme anxiety, would you recommend either the Touch Point, Pulsetto or Verelief? TIA
ОтветитьI got a verelief prime but i don't know how to use it. how do I get it to mode three? when i open the device, do i click the two buttons three times? or is it preset to the three setting? also, how long do you use the device on the trigeminal nerve (for sleep)? i'll have to check what setting i would use for that. also, you said to use it for 5 to 10 minutes I thought the maximum was 5 minutes. I'd be happy if you could respond to my questions.
ОтветитьI guess the pulsetto is nice because it’s hands free. But this verelief looks great too. I think I prefer to try pulsetto but the shipping time sounds like it can be very long.
Ответитьwhat about Gammacore?
ОтветитьAny update reviews on how this device has been helping at all? I have high anxiety and looking to try this if it work's to help.
ОтветитьCan I ask what's the best device for you to treat anxiety?
ОтветитьI live in the Britain is this available here? which one is best for me - Major stress, unwell, and needing to get out of fight and flight asap.
ОтветитьI wonder whether the Mini can still be used to stimulate the Trigeminal and Median nerves, even despite them trying to encourage us to buy the beefier model.
ОтветитьWhat app are you using to monitor your parasympathetic nervous system?
ОтветитьIsn't the breathing itself going to slow down any anxiety?! Do you really need to zap yourself while you're trying to calm yourself?
ОтветитьIm a 36yo endurance cyclist with a 30s HRV... I just ordered the verelief device.. Hopefully it will help... Thanks
ОтветитьWow excellent review
ОтветитьHow come on this one you didnt show us the actual changes in HRV, how does it compare to other devices youve used in HRV changes?
ОтветитьDoes it hurt?
ОтветитьHow can I still order the mini? I can only see where to preorder the new one.
ОтветитьHi, do you have a preference between Verelief and Truvaga?
ОтветитьThe hrv stats without breathwork would be cool. Acomparison between ear stimulation verelief and pulsetto would be great. You already said some of the neckbased devices work better then the earstimulator or did I get you wrong.
I have a microcurrent device with adaptor and stickers. Theoretically i could stick the stickers to whereever I want and mimic the effects of pulsetto and verelief or am I am wrong.
Good video. What's the name of the app that I can use to monitor HRV?
ОтветитьI have treatment resistant depression and, was looking into getting the surgery for VNS. My psychiatrist said it was 'gimmicky' and, he wouldn't approve it. He also told me that, the patients that did get it, wanted it taken out because it didn't work. (I do believe it works personally). SO, what are people's thoughts on that? has anyone had success with it treating TRD? (Either this device or with the implant).
I just don't know what to do as, I've tried just about everything else. (Tons of meds / therapy / TMS). Is it really that bad of device? I've read a whole bunch of studies and videos so, I don't understand why he wouldn't even consider it, for someone like me. I have nothing else to try!!
You really need to mention if you can recharge this device or if you have to keep making more purchases to charge it.
ОтветитьCan't you get a similar effect with a TENS machine using two small pads on your neck??
ОтветитьOne quit big problem with this - it is not possible to order. It states pre-order - but on checkout it throws out of stock error and that is the end of it. Sad.
ОтветитьHey could you tell me if the verelief lowers heart rate? And how well it does that please?? Love the video!!!!!
ОтветитьHi, anyone knows where to get this in europe please?😅
ОтветитьHow does this compare to the pulsetto?
ОтветитьPrime is no 1
What is your opinion??
How long should I use it every day ??
ОтветитьThanks!
