Hoost was very stationary and he was just covering his face when under attack. Mirko was much faster, more elusive, ready to clinch and push away Sapp to GTFU of danger. Maybe that punch was a bit of a fluke, but Sapp had no chance of catching Mirko, as he gassed he would have eaten a LHK and gone to sleep
