Ah, well. The best way to adapt Max Brooks' great novel would be a pseudo-documentary miniseries.

I really thought this was a decent zombie movie. After watching it, I heard so many great things about the book I decided to read it. It's incredible. It's true - the film is nothing like the book. However, I really don't think a film could do it justice, even if it stayed true to the source material. There are just way too many stories to follow. What I would really love to see would be a television series. Have one or two stories told each week. A World War Z television show with an excellent, talented show runner would absolutely wonderful!!

There are single digit IQs that still insist this is the best zombie movie ever.

You know if they tried to cram everything into world war Z book into a movie it'll probably come more of a TV show like the walking dead that would have been cool.

I honestly thought World War Z was the one with Tom Cruise and Dakota Fanning and when I googled 'Zombie movie with Tom Cruise' this movie came up even though its actually called "The War of the Worlds"

I know people be loving HBO's The Last of Us (including me), but after seeing the first two episodes I feel we missed out on a World War Z show that's just like the books. The prologue moments with the talk show and the scientist in Indonesia totally show that a World War Z show is not just possible, but could totally be awesome!

I tell everyone unfamiliar with world War Z to read the book. The book is awesome, and I re-read it frequently. I saw the movie once, and it ended up being once too many.
