If you are just an average scooter or motorcycle rider I suggest you get a lot more riding before you go there. You will have to take the test, get a license and insuranse. There are no real rules of the road , it’s first come first serve. And always remember that no matter what , you are always at fault . Gas is not always available and if you rent scooter ,no matter how well you look it over for damage , when you return it you are at their mercy . It really is an experience .
