My parents are into township rental properties they have 16(R1.5k p/m) bachelor rooms fully rented around isando and Kempton Park because it is a industrial area and people want to live next to work. I've already started building 2 bachelor rooms we are looking to build even more because the demand is very high this side so we are looking to increase the supply chain.

If possible, could you provide a version that explains how much it might have cost without the privileges you had... how much would you have paid if you hadn’t received discounts from your brother or the staff discount at the hardware store? That would be very helpful.
