Hydra Idea is good. But WHY ? only poor and middle class should pay the price for Hydra program. Everyone in Telangana will be benefited by Hydra, Hence all citizens of Telangana must be Taxed (CESS) to compensate all the demolitions. Once government Registration is done Or a family lives for more than 12 years ... then everything is legal. Demolition should be considered as illegal. Hydra is good idea but Courts must order government not to Demolish without proper compensation , relocation and notice. People who are supporting Hydra must also support poor and middle class to get their compensations, and also must object government for not following proper procedure. Again.. Hydra is good idea , but must be done right way. "THERE IS ALWAY A HUMANE WAY OF DOING THINGS" , no few should suffer or pained.
We are all part of Telangana.. lets all share the burden and pain of people who are loosing their house.
