Wow John. I just started watching your channel and I just realized you and the "the other John" are the same guy. Yeah, I know, they call me lightening... cause I'm that quick. What a transformation. Congrats!

Anyway- dude, great recipes. I'll be purchasing my first kamado and been researching what all can be smoked and your video on smoking salmon sealed the deal.

Looks like a great dish but he leaves off the temps for searing and indirect as well as how long. Not much use dude.

Season pork tenderloin with South of France Seasoning: Mustard Seed, Garlic, Onion, Sea Salt, Tarragon, Thyme, Parsley, Oregano and grill. Mix with
Peach Balsamic sauce: 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 cups diced peaches, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, lemon juice. Add mixture to bed of rice.
