never once did he say you go back to dme to do the quest... im running around dmn wondering where this elemental is...

where's the part where you mention the water elemental is in DM EAST? It's better to have someone open the door to catch the quest BEFORE you go and get your own key..

Yo just seen this video after tryjvg to get the water quest I did the first part but then killed the water boss but the thing never dropped is it 100% drop and can it be looted at 57 !

do you need the previous rankl to be able to get this?

In TBC you reach lvl 60, then learn water at the trainer... saved you some time :)
