Dell PowerEdge FX2 Overview | Demo

I bought you this server 1 year ago but I had no luck getting a certified professional to set it up in a cluster mode (3 servers and 1 storage), can you help me with my configuration?

if one only have 1 x FC630 node and the other 3 are blanks, can one control the fans or all fans must still run even though just 1 of 4 nodes is been used?
