Tons of great information packed into this video.
ОтветитьDo a better job raising your daughters so they don't hang out with gang bangers.
Best defense.
Pat do more of these
ОтветитьMost guys act tough and dangerous, but if you got them on the ground and handcuffed they arent so tough anymore.
ОтветитьI like this type of knowledge & approach to situations. Thanks for producing such a channel of good & real stuff ! 👍
ОтветитьJust because you’re caring, doesn’t mean you are armed… The mind is the primary weapon all else is supplemental… Those are some wise words spoken by a true bad ass l..hell yeah
ОтветитьWell done. Dude stuff
ОтветитьMy first go to is footwork. These feet working on getting out of there!
ОтветитьI am a senior nurse in a major hospital here in Australia. I have minimal BJJ experience due to a rotator cuff injury. A patient laid hands on me after being warned of assault. They hit me & they were grounded until police arrived . I have no hesitation filing a police report
ОтветитьHit em hard, hit em fast, and go for the jugular.
ОтветитьIs this the basic dude stuff guy?
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьWin at all costs, use whatever means necessary. Fight dirty. Any open opportunity is a opportunity to strike a blow. Take it deliver it and if it was effective continue till threat is no more. Most Important keep your Attorneys card on you at all times. Yes avoid MLK boulevard.
ОтветитьExcellent stuff Mr Macnamara, thank you. Craig Douglas says some of the exact same things only in great depth and a variety of scenarios on his series at the Warrior Poet Society Network.
ОтветитьGood sensible advice Pat Mc👍☘️! And may I add(when necessary) if u see someone edging/creeping closer, then remind them that ur hearing is o/k&they can stay where they are!(u demonstrates ur paying attention for the sneak attack!)
ОтветитьLeft Step, Best Step
ОтветитьAvoid fights it never has a good ending
ОтветитьIt's a fight to the death until I say it's not surprise, speed and violence of action. If the enemies threats are aggressive don't wait to be attacked
ОтветитьExcellent advice
ОтветитьI tell my children when they were little that if you can walk away from a bad situation then do it. No bruised ego and you live another day. What I personally run into today is folks in traffic raging at me because I try my very best to do the speed limit. I'm being real, people years ago did not act like this. They break the speed limit and I'm the bad guy for following the law. These people go waaay over the posted limit and drive like they think the road is theirs. We they confront me at traffic stops I do one of two things, I keep my head pointed straight ahead and act like I don't see or hear them or I just look at them with a zero expression look on my face.
Ответить🤘🤘🤘🤘
ОтветитьCARDIO CARDIO CARDIO, anyone who has ever been in a fight as an adult will know about 30 seconds in your arm feels like it weighs 300 lbs,Your mouth is hanging open gasping for oxygen, Before and during my military career I fought for money street fighting,I'm 6'5" and the majority of the time I won but the times I lost it was because the other guy practiced boxing, MMA stuff idc il eat those jujitsu guys alive,The man in this video is spot on with taking boxing, I would also recommend krav maga it's perfect for street fighting every move is designed to break bones or incapacitate
ОтветитьDont you just love these morons on the the internet is full of these showman salesman that talk talk talk through the entire videos but really show anything of value ...they are caught up in their own existence.
ОтветитьSPEAR
ОтветитьI agree with boxing teaching some really good fundamentals. Work on your infighting to teach you to trust your head speed and defense. Most new boxers choose to back step when they see a punch coming. Infighting forces you to stand still and deal with the punches instead of bailing out of the hot seat
ОтветитьHell I'm definitely going to keep this in mind never know when this advice can come in handy.
ОтветитьIt's all about knowledge, thankyou for my kickass FREEDOM Sir
ОтветитьWhere is Mac????? Is he alright?
Ответитьlove the explanation, coming from a martial arts background and a control tactics instructor perspective.
ОтветитьIf you ever get confronted by an aggressor, ALWAYS put your hands up in the "hey, I don't want any trouble, leave me alone" posture. Make it clear that you don't want violence.
Ответить‘Yeah, I know!’
Ответитьjust learn judo, you won't strain your wrist, break your hand punching someone in the face and little chance of a set of balls on you r face, than k me later
ОтветитьPatt is old breed Jedi
ОтветитьThis is some really great advice. Too bad ego, and testosterone get in the way sometimes. Crazy how some young dudes are willing to punk grown ass men just to bang their daughters.
ОтветитьSurprise Speed and Violence of action should things go physical do wait to be punched
ОтветитьExcellent content! De-escalate is always the best option. As Pat pointed out. Always stay out of the zone. Thanks to my training I always change angles to give me the advantage of position. If they are intent of fighting, the more they have to move or reach to get to you, the better you can effectively react.
ОтветитьWonder how this work in a drunken situation in a bar etc with less space to move and stuff like that. Great video by the way gets you thinking no doubt and 100% on the boxing lessons.
ОтветитьI could easily take this guy down...if I was stronger and a better fighter than him.
ОтветитьI like the side-step idea, but why to the left¿ In 90% of the cases you'd walk into his power side.
ОтветитьI agree avoidance is always the best
ОтветитьI'd say easily 90% of all pigs are the least tactical people. Fat bodied with zero hand to hand, zero time shooting. Please.
ОтветитьI'm old. I have found that throwing things then run away is the best style for me.
ОтветитьBravo Pat! Love all you do. Great, solid information. Bruce Lee's " way of no way", has served me well also.
ОтветитьAll these years I thought 'street fight philosophy' was put them on the ground as quickly as possible and smash their head until they panic quit 😂😂😂
This vid is conflict resolution strategy not street fight strategy but it's all good man 😎👍
Is this for real!? Embarrassing.
ОтветитьGreat instruction.
Why is the one guy looking at his phone during this lesson? Ridiculous.
As Mike Tyson once said everyone has a plan till they get punched..
ОтветитьThank you pat you have my gratitude.
ОтветитьYou shifted to his primary side
