I’ll take 7.
ОтветитьYamaha obviously knows the secret sauce for the CS-80.. They could probably re-make it in something the size of a Kleenex box........we're waiting Yami!!!!
Ответитьas used by Mike Thorne on Wire's 154 x
ОтветитьThanks for doing this. And thank you for making awesome sounds, not those boring pads and leads etc...
ОтветитьMy reface cs is cool too
ОтветитьWhat unearthly dimension did these sounds spawn from?
Ответитьis it me or does that CS-80 look really huge? Or is the guy just tiny? xD
ОтветитьBitch, I think I'm Vangelis
ОтветитьI always thought "The Beast" had 2 banks of 8 oscillators?
Ответитьin a word: dreadful
ОтветитьThe comments here are kind of crazy. Vangelis used it to create the Blade Runner soundtrack, Chariots of Fire and many other masterpieces. It sells on vintage market for more than $20,000. I'm sure there must be something good and unique about it.
ОтветитьLol this demo
Ответитьmore sounds with the resonance turned down please
Ответитьthis synth is 10000 times better than this video btw oof please re shoot this
ОтветитьRoy Bittan used it on Bruce Springsteens Born In the USA album in 1984.
ОтветитьWaiting for the Behringer Replica ;-)
ОтветитьImagine being a musician with a head full of acid back in the 70's and messing around on one of these
ОтветитьHi, video too short, it should be at least 20 minutes, thx anyway
ОтветитьRIP Vangelis.
ОтветитьToto's Keyboard ❤
ОтветитьGreat Demo!!! What would Mark Mothersbaugh have done if he could have afforded this beast? Back in the 1970s... IMHO
ОтветитьEddie Jobson got the best sounds from this beast.
ОтветитьWow. I would need a separate back
House for that thing.
Vangelis was the CS80 master !!
Ответитьoverrated
also, I have a VSTi of that that sounds the same if not better than the real thing.
Sadly most of these machines no longer function due to being caked in dried up sprog
ОтветитьNot really portable with a weight of 100kg. 🤭
But it sounds sooo good.
I really dislike when someone hammers on the cs-80!
Like only playing stacatto on a violin!
i bet half of the sega genesis game music was made on one of these. Either this or the GX-1 i guess
ОтветитьIs there more footage of this? Like minus the cut outs? I’d would dope if you put that out
ОтветитьLooks like a fun machine.
Ответить1977. not 1976
ОтветитьJUst head basiclt the same ring mode in a Flume album and thought that guy was really pushing forward modern EDM... I guess i really do know next to nothing about synthesizers
Ответитьi would like to know how bob moog felt when this came out
Ответить200 lbs?!?!? That's insane!
ОтветитьI bought Willa Ford’s CS80
ОтветитьDamn that thing was so much ahead of its time!
ОтветитьAmigo con este sinte toco banda SPACE su single clasico Magic Fly.
ОтветитьClasico sinte de la cancio Rossana de TOTO.
