This idea is trash. Everyone is all A potential. Not a true rebuild.

One of the most fun franchises I ever did was I could ONLY have players in my organization who were the "fake" players. It was so much fun. Frustrating because the players weren't good but really fun to have to build and learn. Every once in a while you find some hidden gems.
