Hey my lovelies! January did'nt go as planned, I found myself with no energy, no motivation (I literally just wanted to sleep all day). I'm grateful to the practices that, so far, have always helped me get out of a slump/low. They give me energy and motivation to get back on track so I can experience my life with joy and ease.
