I recommend you to play the battle bricks and block tales the battle bricks is like the battle cats (one of the games on the app store that's popular) except you can beat A LOT of the game without ever touching the gacha system once like you can beat all of normal mode no gacha (even though some of the bosses require timing) and then let's get into the hard mod e of the battle bricks aka tumor mode you can beat chapter 1 tumor mode no gacha either with a lil boss unit which I'll get into later or do a extremely hard strategy and chapter 2 tumor is possible but not on the higher stars and chapter 3 tumor is impossible on 3 star and what are stars you may ask? They are basically the same chapter but inflation has hit you and the enemies are stronger and after you beat all 3 stars of a chapter you get the boss version but a lot weaker and little and if you 3 star any chapter in tumor mode then you get a better version of the basic units which are actually used very much throughout the game and the currency you use to gamble in this game is VERY easy to get since on stages 5 15 and any other stage that includes 5 give you 50 bricks and every 10 stages you get 100 bricks theres also special units that are needed for gachaless strats and there's a lot more and for block tales ive just started and its pretty good

Roblox have few good games, for example build a boat (i should say anything apart a boat) is better than minecraft or even blender, you can make anything you want, also there is 1 good clicker that is bee swarm, that is maybe something more than repeating one thing for 12 hours daily, also i'm developer and i understand people making those games, they have to earn money somehow, and sadly this is the only good way to make it... one day Roblox was great, many older games from 2017-2018 are still here, some as a reboot but still, they are the best ones in my opinion, as they are more complex than older ones, and not that grindy like newer

Since everyone likes Doors so much, (me included) you guys should try out Pressure. It's better in my opinion, the music and visuals are better.

on some rare occasions, good games can turn into bad ones. like find the chomiks, a very fun "find the collectibles" game where you have to find polish hamsters. it's also pretty funny. but they added gambling and now the community went toxic after that so i can hardly ever play the game anymore

i think roblox development is good if youre just trying to learn game development before moving onto another engine and programming language. but its definitely not the platform where you should expect pay or popularity imo. i just make roblox games for fun, and plan to make some in godot in the future. i just like creating.

I think what scares me is the reality that this is what most of childhood consists of. Playing a "free" game so I can hang out with my friends and spending real life money on silly things in it, never really thinking it's a bad investment. And then POOF the game disappears and a spin-off or sequel takes its place but everything you spent on, and grinded for, just vanishes.

So many wonderful memories all tarnished by micro transactions. Awesome games and game devs taking the path to money town because well, why not right? It's the norm!

I don't want this to be the norm. I want to hang out with my friends without experiencing fomo or shame for not wanting to spend money on it.

I was a Roblox fan years ago and I still think Roblox has potential and i feel that Roblox is like the biggest guilty pleasure game I have ever played and I even quit Roblox forever

Roblox's moderation is horrible the community is toxic.
they want money and never listen to the fanbase.

And worst of all, developers don’t even get paid 10% of the game they make. Here’s my calculations: when you buy Robux you have to pay extra for real life taxes, (that one is alright) then when you spend that robux, the person you give it to by purchasing that item only gets 70%, and if they wanted to donate it to someone smother 30% tax but the game takes 10% which gets taxed by 30%, then when they spend it so fourth, and what about exchanging that Robux to money before it gets taxed you may ask? Well when you exchange 100k Robux to (what you think will be) 1000 usd, amazing right? But no they take a tax of, drumroll please…. 650 usd! Yes more than 60%.

Roblox has some gems but it is honestly 90% mindless trash built to exploit children for every dollar that they can possibly squeeze out
