I will factor in the actual breed as well and maintain their purity. But I didn’t consider the territorial conflicts. May alpha din pala sa pack.

Can you tell me on average how many times does the male cat mate in a cattery, i know pedigree female cats are only allowed to have 4 litters.
i have one male and he did mate two months ago, i hear a lot about male cats peeing all over the place when they want to mate, as you are a cattery i am sure you know how many times approximately per year a male cat should mate to keep him happy, the minimum, i would really appreciate your answer.

Very simple; do NOT breed cats. There are thousands and thousands of homeless cats. Do not contribute to their misery.

Female is better but she's pregnant twice a year.

Every other video I've watched and book I've read said female cats are more affectionate. You are the only source I've seen that says the opposite. Then again you said "it depends" after literally everything you said so not sure how informed you really are or what the point of making the video was.

My thoughts:

If you live in a small space, a female is better.

Families with young kids are better off getting a male.

i didn't choose, i was lucky enough to be chosen

If you're not breeding or showing - get a male. It's much cheaper to sterilize a male and they heal much quicker.
