This recipe is almost identical to mine and I can tell you this soup is delicious and a favorite of my family. I would have never thought to add the beef shank but I am going to try it that way. I also add potatoes as well as celery and carrots. Thank you for sharing this!! Great video as always!

Would love to see how you freeze stuff. I am new to freezing stuff or making things ahead of time and canning it.

That looks amazing, but perhaps a few dried bay leaves next time would really give it a deeper flavor. I’ve been making chicken soup for decades and it wouldn’t be complete without the bay leaves. Give it a try!
