ОтветитьIf you’re a beginner, this is way too much. Select 4 (if you want to) out of these. Most of these are great exercises but 8 exercises are way too much. You can keep the other 4 for a Chest B workout around 4-5 days later.

ОтветитьWay too much volume, do two variants of bench press, one flat and one incline and do one with a bar and one with dumbbells or both with dumbbells and throw in some normal cable or machine fly's, don't do dumbbell fly's there's no tension at the top

ОтветитьYou can always tell if a fitness influencer knows that they are talking about if they recommend DB flys. DB flys are garbage and cables are far superior.
ОтветитьThis will probably injure you. Dont do this much volume. Take it easy if you're a beginner. Do one workout for each muscle. And at the end. Do some cable flies. Thats it. And within 1 to 2 hours of working out, eat. Eat like hell. Protein carbs and fat. And most important thing is sleep. If you do everything else perfect and mess up on your sleep, you'll see 0 gains. Trust me i know. I worked out for a year with messed up sleep cycles, like i slept often at 3 or 4 am. And woke up at 7 or 8. Giving no time for my body to rest and repair. Saw little to no gains. But when i fixed that shi. God daym. Good luck boys.

ОтветитьVolume only works for juicers tbh. stick to 4 exercises, 5 sets of 5 reps. Max out. And add every week weight. Slowly. Rest and eat a lot. (Some people grow faster with high fat and some with high carbs) find out what works for you.

24 sets for chest alone💀. All I do is 10 sets in total doing Bench Press, Incline Press and Cable Flys they are all you need. Also Dumbbell flys and Hex Press' are terrible exercises

High to Low Cable Flies
Push Ups at last of my workout

Clavicular
Sternal
Costal
