You will never ever get a narcissist to take accountability for their actions. Even if you throw proof in their face they'll find a way to avoid looking at it. They'll get angry and attack you or say you're cruel and start crying, or they'll just leave and avoid you forever, at the same time spreading rumors about you justifying their behavior. Remember Amber Heard after she lost? She was still doing interviews as if she was the victim and the abuser won.

Unfortunately the Lively lawyer and the judge are working together to file things that don’t matter so the judge can rule against her, so he doesn’t look like he’s one-sided. He’s heard and seen all the calls for him to step down due to conflict of interest. They’re still playing chess and they’ve just called check. When the judge rules in her favor, it will be check-mate.

If JB's "smear campaign" was so good that it "destroyed" her career, she needs to FIRE all her PR staff and get one as "good" as JB's since money is no object! The problem is that is NOT what happened. She ruined her own career and reputation and needs to pin it on someone.

There is also another explanation for all these stupid filings. Maybe Blake does that KNOWING she will be denied, just to show that judge *is not biased*.

part of the retaliation argument is always going to come down to whether or not attacking someone in the media is retaliation or just free speech. Even if you could establish that there was a campaign against someone, is that "retaliation" or just part of marketing? When you look at politics, attack campaigns are standard. Is it such a stretch that it bleeds into the entertainment world too? I think BL originally tried to argue that the smear campaign was "extraordinary" because it was bankrolled by a billionaire, that was what was making it outrageous and retallitory, not that it occured.
