Nothing against y'all.... but I wanna hear these played by my "go to" channels/players.

Recently I had the chance to play a lot with 3 of your Mako series pedals: delay, reverb and modulation. Well... they are packed with a lot of features but they all lack depth and harmonic content. I own more than 100 pedals and I had the chance to A/B'd your pedals with the analog counterpart of diffent pedal maker. In every scenario your pedal give the impression of lacking depth. They sound digital in a very unpleasant way. There were other guitar nerds with me and we all had the same feeling. You should work harder to improve the overall quality of your sound. The general features are ok but those pedals lack the "Wow" factor. They are expensive but average sounding. I have absolutely nothing against you and your company but what we have experienced is a bunch of pedals with a great potential but with a poor sound in terms of richness.
