Absolutely beautiful gorgeous Birds of Paradise Plant , I actually had 2 pots of those .

I bought one from a store. It has 3 separate plants in one pot. Should i separate them in different pots?

I’ve heard differently that do like to dry out 😕 not sure what to believe now

Leaf cupping has indeed many reasons. The plant is decreasing its foliar surface.

I see so many videos saying let the drive out halfway before watering them I hear since Day don’t do that. I’m so confused and so sue my birds of paradise 😢

The leaves naturally split…. It’s how the plant adapts to heavy winds in the wild. The splits make the leaves more aerodynamic. It has nothing to do with improper care.

What is the store bought best potting soil to use?

i came across this looking into what to do about a leaf that won’t unfurl, of course is the answer is humidity like i suspected but seeing your video, i’m definitely under watering my baby as her leaves are curled just like this and im having some browning

BoP actually prefers to be dry between watering.

I water mine when it starts to curl. Thicker the stem and leaves less frequently you water

So wrong! They love dry out 2-3 inches from the top each watering

How do I make it more humid in my living room? My bird of paradise is curling and I do believe it's getting the right amount of water... Not sure about the sun. I had it in the window sill and that started the curling the night of. So, I moved it just near the window now in a sun beam and it keeps curling. What do I do??
