Saudia: the best worst airline | 787-10 business class to Jeddah

My first time flying Saudia in business class was a story of extremes: from a surprisingly good onboard service to a shockingly poor customer service experience after. Join me on this flight from Amsterdam to Jeddah onboard the Saudi Arabian flag carrier's 787-10 and I'll show you the whole experience. From boarding in Amsterdam to the seat, the headphones, the (gorgeous) amenity kit, the entertainment and food selection and one very dodgy stroopwaffel cake, there's a lot to see.

Spoiler alert: they ended up with my bag buried somewhere in the Jeddah baggage office for a full month before I finally got it back 😂
