How To Take Quick Backup Of Your Wordpress or Blog Website database

This video is a step by step guide to take quick backup of your wordpress website or blog. You need to login to your Cpanel. After that you have to click on PHPMyAdmin.

Once PHPMyAdmin is opened , in the left side you can select the database you want to back up. Click on that database.

After that in upper right side of PHPMyAdmin you can see 'Export' tab. Click on 'Export' tab.

Please do not change any of the settings for quick back up. Click on 'Go' link. You have done. Complete database will be downloaded to your folder.
