Beautiful, keep up the good work. We've evolved long enough it's time for our everyday law-abiding American civilians to expand upon discipline in many categories of life, yes firearm safety and self-defense. We must upgrade our minds and bodies(spirit)as a free prosperous country
ОтветитьNggak bisa bahasa English 😔😔😔
ОтветитьI spent painstaking hours today zeroing a few AR's. I noticed when zeroing the irons with the smaller aperture at 50 yards, the larger aperture was low about 2-3 inches. I understand that the A2 sights were designed for a 25 meter zero. I did not try the 25 meter zero but I wonder if the large aperture is off after zeroing the small at 25M? It sure is at 50 yards.
ОтветитьI didn't understand the bit about lowering the height of the rear sight a click or two past the 'Z'?
ОтветитьSimple and straight to the point
ОтветитьI do a combination of both these techniques where I slightly close my left eye (but not completely closed) and keep my right eye (my dominant eye) fully open. Closing my left eye naturally lets my brain focus on my right eye's sight picture, while still having my left eye open for situational awareness.
ОтветитьI know what you're trying to do, but is what you're saying the same as what the rifle's owners manual says to do? I doubt it. Where'd you get those special, gridded targets to start with? Where should your front sight post be at the start? Screwed all the way down? Same for your rear sight. Where should it be? How far from the rear sight should the shooter's eyes be, 2" or 12"? Why?
ОтветитьGood grouping, another thing I would consider talking about with the grouping is the fact that Keith fired back to back shots with a little pause in between, which could throw off sight picture a wee bit. But other than that, this was a very good and educational video
ОтветитьIs lying down the better way to do it as opposed to using a table?
ОтветитьOn the 11B side, we do a 50/200 zero. It will give you a shorter composite vertical shot string. A 25/300 actually gives you the longest (tallest) vertical string.
ОтветитьThank You!
ОтветитьKeith is very well behaved
ОтветитьBest
Ответитьha Karl didnt think we would notice the penis shot grouo
ОтветитьHow often do you need to zero your sights?
ОтветитьGot enough flags lol
ОтветитьI’m going to the range soon to zero my new ARs irons, and I’m doing a 36/300 battlesight zero. I can’t find anything online about how many clicks will move my bullet an inch at 36 yards and I don’t know any mathematical calculations to figure it out myself. Any help would be appreciated
ОтветитьLong process every gun different reading calculation
ОтветитьIs Troy Industries the best rear iron site ????
ОтветитьDoes making these zeroes ever get dicey when you switch over to calibers like 7.62x51? Or 300 blackout? I know that, while 5.56 may not have as much stopping power as bigger calibers, it’s also a fair deal more consistently precise and accurate in some cases. Does translating this method of zero over to these other calibers ever offer unique challenges, like more sporadic shot groups (even when the shooter’s technique is perfect?)
ОтветитьHello, I am as green as goose droppings in the realm of fire arms. What would be your advice and recommendations to keep myself safe and from becoming a loot drop? Thank you in advance.
ОтветитьVery helpful love these iron sites picked this one up from a former Ranger it’s doing well thanks a mil have blessed day
ОтветитьWas in the Special Forces and trained as a sniper? LOL. He cheated! That's not fair. Why not have a newbie do it?
ОтветитьNow if i can only find a place to practice 🙄. Where the neighbors wont calll the fuzz. 😂 screw you Tina!!
ОтветитьSo how is he gonna shoot without resting it on something..
Prone supported with your hands only
Norm Macdonald?
ОтветитьI like target shooting!
ОтветитьStraight to the point
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьWhy does he say 50 meter zero then he says 200 meter target for your zero’d range?
ОтветитьFront sight hack: Left to Lower, Right to Raise (point of impact).
Rear sight: Turning Right moves (point of impact) right and left moves it left. Simple.
At 25y, 8 clicks moves shot 1 inch (based on 1/2 MOA increments). No need to rely on printed lines on the paper.
At the end of the day, REMEMBER to print 1.5" LOW @25y for a 100y zero. DO NOT zero a 5.56 at 25y. That is nutbar!
Very well done brother!
ОтветитьInventor of the m4a1?😅
ОтветитьSo when you raise the front sight it will shoot low and when you lower the front sight it will shoot higher? Is that correct thanks
Ответить5 star video instruction
ОтветитьWhat a great video. No bullshit, totally refreshes what I learned as an 0311 before I go back to the range after a long while away.
ОтветитьThis really helped! I haven't shot a rifle since the Army (got out in 2016) so, im pretty rusty. I got a new AR and need to group and zero! Thank you for the info!
ОтветитьI have magpul flip up sights.
ОтветитьWill that work for a Magpul rear flip up sight and a2 iron front sight
Ответитьsharpie pp on the target
ОтветитьKeith stays so still doesn't even look like he is breathing
ОтветитьCurious and a learning opportunity for me here -
Target at 25 yards produces an accurate shot up to 300 meters but a target at 50 yards produces an accurate shot at 200 meters?
Hooah! Just got a PSA AR 15, I was pretty sure it was 25 meters for 300 Hooah! I went in after 911 then to Baghdad Iraq then Stop Loss! At Fort Knox Kentucky the DS told us we’ll eat, sleep and shit off that Abrams. That was a lie 😂 we’d an Infantry BN with us that was stationed in Friedburg Germany 1/37 Bandits 1AD but we’d no infantry training but got on the job training while in Bagdad. About 4 months later we’d a few Tankers that got hurt and killed so I got in Alpha Co 1Plt during the Stop Loss we went to Karabala Iraq where by that time I was being train as a E4 Gunner on the Plt Leaders Tank! Then after our 15 Month Deployment we took Block Leave in the rear. About 6 months later we was off again but this time to Ramdi Iraq. Where 3rd and 5th Plt US Navy Seals was there and Chris Kyle. US Navy Seal Sniper. That man had an eye I tell you what Hooah. I’d enough and got out. Now my Heath has paid a price. Just had Cataract Surgery on the 19th, now need my Right Eye done it’s my Shooting Eye. With everything that’s going on I doubt I get it. So many shortages in medical, medication, food you name it! All over this NWO and in 2020 Biden signed our freedom away with Executive Orders under our nose but everyone is worried about this W.H.O and our Freedom! Been telling people for over a year to fight but nothing now the UN is here! I’m thinking about over 3 million. Had a policeman at a police station to confirm there gear is being supplied there in the Blue States
ОтветитьAwesome video, very helpful
ОтветитьExcellent instruction
ОтветитьNeeded this, used a trijicon acog all 4 years in the marines but in the contracting world I'm given an iron sight😂
ОтветитьHow do you know how many clicks to move if you don’t have that paper with the numbers on it?
ОтветитьAbsolutely bad ass!
ОтветитьAfter you have established "zero", what happens to the 2 clicks on the elevation drum. Do you leave it on "z", or "2 clicks up"? Or should the rear sight drum be rotated back to "6/3" "8/3". ??????????
Ответить
