There is more than double cuda cores in that $4000 gpu and they arent even helping you to play the games. They just sit there

Try a 7900 XTX/4090 next. But I think at that point you'd be cpu bound, and the best cpu you could get would be the 7800X3D. So basically upgrade your motherboard, ram, gpu, and cpu just to maybe get 1200 fps. Both GPUs could hit 1200.

try playing warzone it uses alot of vram might be the real test for that 4000$ GPU which usually used in servers n workstation ...
