In this video, originally filmed on Facebook Live, I walk viewers through a typical Home Buyer Consultation I conduct with buyer clients interested in purchasing real estate.

The documents I review in this video are for real estate transactions in North Carolina.

The process may vary slightly from state to state as different documents are used, and as some states use Title Companies for closing properties while other states, such as North and South Carolina where I am licensed, use Real Estate Closing Attorneys.

However, the overall process is pretty much the same wherever you are purchasing a home in the United States.
