check your screen on-screen off in menu 1st. its used for listening to music if you dont want the screen on.. No one seems to know this feature. Also start up a movie stream and sometimes it will turn this feature to screen on ..

This sounds absolutely fucking mental but it’s worked for everyone that have have told me there tv has no picture but has sound and all we done was hoover in between air vents and other gaps you see on tv as sometimes dust and webs etc can get in there and mess things up as
Also we tried releasing some of the screws at back and it also worked right away !
As crazy as that sounds try it!
