I know how it feels and it’s hard I was a level 4 and I did gymnastics for 5 years and I had to give it up to❤ I just want to let you know that your not alone.and I had the same experience 😊 I hope this makes you feel better and to anyone else who’s going through something because gymnastics was a big portion of my life and I know it was for you too❤❤❤

Jules it's not giving up or quitting, it's moving onto a new chapter that everyone will get to.
I like to think of my life as a book, you have completed an amazing chapter and now it's time to move on to the next one! Your not sad, your proud of what you have completed in your life! Just remember that you are not alone, everyone has to experience those sad but proud feelings after something that has ended.. ❤

Jules I’m also done with gymnastics soon after 8 years I know it hurts I will be doing soccer instead bc everyone is leaving my gymnastics team and I don’t feel happy there anymore I know how you feel and I know you will get through it so don’t cry I know you are done with gymnastics to follow your dream and that’s all that matters I’m super excited for you to start pilot school and that’s your dream so don’t cry bc it will all get better if you continue to do what you love ❤

I made the same decision almost 3 years ago now and it’s the best decision I ever made ngl, my gymnastics clubs were very toxic and they like body shamed us and mentally abused us so yea I’m happy I quit hahah
