TRYING ON DIFFERENT SIZES AT AMERICAN EAGLE

I'm not sure if youve seen but American Eagle has started a curvy line and is one of the ONLY big brands in jeans to bring curvy to one of people's most favorite jeans.

more of a description if anyone is interested: Curvy jeans are amazing, and because of this American eagle has been ranking pretty high among other top jean competitors like levi, zara, and pacsun. While holister has also started a curvy line, it is pretty obvious that no other brand is as INCLUSIVE as American eagle. American eagle has curvy in EVER single style and NOW contains up to size 24 in store.

Personally i have bigger thighs but a small waist and when i was younger, I always hated the way I looked because i thought it was my fault i couldnt fit in tradition jeans. But in fact my waist is about 27 inches, but my thighs never fit and if ANYONE is having this issue TRY THE CURVY LINE. I have put so many of my friends on and it gives you such a beautiful figure!!

I am a 2-4 (depending on the jean) in American eagle and sometimes when I’m a 2 I feel discouraged bc it makes me feel like I’m flat or have no curves

AE make their black jeans way smaller than all their other jeans. I'm a straight 14 in AE jeans, but have to size up when I buy any jeans that are black. I have no idea why 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to work at American Eagle and I can tell you that certain styles and even washes will fit differently. Not sure if other brands jeans are the same way but I know AE jeggings can fit super weird. Absolutely love your videos by the way!

In American Eagle’s jeans, if they have any stretch, I find myself wearing the smaller size, but if there’s no stretch, I always go up a size

I’m normally a size 12/14 but I got the same size 16 light jeans and they for perfectly, and so do the super distressed ones as a size 12 long, and I have a pair of 10s that for the exact same way. I also just fit a size 8 prom dress. Sizing is so crazy!

the 12s re tight on you now but after one wear they will be as big as the 14s smh.

I just want to remind everyone that these mass production stores are very hard to shop at! They produce so many jeans, that even though they say the same size, they're more than likely not made by the same person. I have a pair of size 28 jeans from Madewell, a size 10, 12, and 13 at American Eagle, and a size 11 at Hollister. I can promise you from first hand experience, that I've grabbed two pairs of size 10 jeans, one was way too little, the other was way too big. Don't EVER let yourself feel bad. this is on the manufacturer, not YOU! Stay beautiful :)

i’m a size 4-6 but i can still fit into a size 8 at american eagle (albeit a litttttle loose. not bad though! more like a relaxed fit). numbers! don’t! matter!!!!!!!!

I’m watching this video a little bit later, but I have noticed that their in-store sizing and size inclusivity in general is getting much better!! I think last time I was in there they had up to size 18 in store (could be wrong though) and I think they offered even more online. I wish they would do a plus size section in store but they’ve made progress since this video came out!!

It's so funny because now you go to AE all the time and have converted a lot of your fans, including me, to AE shoppers<3

Can u do the same with Levi’s? I know they have a “Mile High” super skinny you will LOVE but I’m not sure if the consistency of their sizing across styles

That's why I'm afraid to buy clothes online because I don't understand the sizing, I've been watching your videos since yesterday and you look a lot skinnier than me but also wears a size 12, and sometimes not even a 12 so how do I know how and what's gonna fit me without trying

i’m confused on why they only went to 14? when i go to american eagle they go up to a 24

I went from shopping at forever 21 in HS to AE as an adult because their jeans are the only kind that flatters my body type. I also shop online bc they have lots of sales and more sizes!

AE is one of my go-to places to shop as a mid-sizer too (love the styles, not so much the price tag) the workers actually recognize me 😅

American eagle super high rise in extra long are my favorite but honestly I a lot of their jeans,... I honestly really miss being able to try on clothes 😢

Would it be extremely rude to ask if you would like say your waist measurements as well...I believe i am a 44in like bare skin and under belly button 🤔 and like a 45-46 bare skin around at the belly button....I am asking because i am having the worst luck buying online (i have no car and take car) I buy from like mercari and ebay.
