Do away with the punch, it's too dangerous and pointless, just pick a side and serve like in soccer/.

Truly a most underrated sport.

as a waterpolo player why the fuck is this a thing like it looks cool but the sprints need to be changed that’s to brutal like waterpolo is very physical but the worst you will usually get is black eyes bruises and on the higher end concussions and ligament tears but not straight up organ damage

the videos of such strong hits do not do good publicity to the sport that hits are not usual
