I want to share Bitcoin education, but the only thing about this video that makes me not want to share it with Christian friends is the subtitle “In Blockchain We Trust”. The fact that American fiat printed money says “In God We Trust” is incredibly significant and should not be replaced in this tongue-in-cheek way. We can definitely trust in blockchain technology, but expressing it in a way that even humorously replaces the trust we put in God twists up the good message of this film. Yes, Bitcoin is a more moral money that does not allow people’s time and wealth to be stolen from them, but it is not The Way, The Truth and the Life. It is the most sound money ever invented and we want the whole world to reap the benefits of holding and using it, but let’s not make it our God or even joke about doing so.

I believe in BTC, but this is too much of a marketing show

Pure propaganda that has little truth in what money really is and how it works. Bitcoin is a worthless asset, it produces nothing of value. The only value that is given to it is videos like this to find another sucker to buy what they overpaid for. It’s the timeshare of a digital code. You gotta love the timeless tactics to use God to sell useless junk. Ask yourself, why do they have to sell so hard after all this time if it was so viable/valuable?

Amazing, I wish I could spend my Bitcoin irl more. Only one cafe in my city accepts it but the exchange is bad and they just use a 3rd party service to convert to dollars again.

I think there is ome flaw in the system being in lost bitcoins. Its estimated up to 30% of it is non recoverable. As years gi by more people with lose their keys, or pass on without giving access. And whatever they owned will be gone forever. Hence it cant last forever. It can last far beyond everyone alive now, but not forever.

This is all well and good, but what about the wild price fluctuations?
