Using a 10 Turn Potentiometer as Part of a Treadmill Power Supply for a DIY or Treadmill Board

Most potentiometers are single turn which makes one full turn the total variable value of the potentiometer BUT a 10 turn potentiometer gives you 10 full rotations and that allows you to use a 10 turn potentiometer for far finer speed control when using it with a treadmill power supply.
