ОтветитьI'm not a person who's impressed with a person playing harmonica like it sounds similar to a swarm of angry hornets. To me, that's not talent. However, listening to Gregoire Maret, Stevie Wonder, or even the legendary jazz harmonica player Toots Thielemann are the real harmonica players.
ОтветитьThe number expressing my continuing complaint regarding contemporary (mostly white) harp players reinforces my impression - when did people confuse notes-per-second with musicality? Little Walter played many solos where he wrung more blues from a single note, held for twelve bars or more, yet these players just haven't figured out the essence of the blues. John Popper is not the blues. He was just another poser on heroin hyperventilating into a harmonica.
They called Sonny Boy "the Menace" for good reasons. If you don't start treatin' me better, it's gotsa be your funeral, and my trial.
Pretty good but you have the best in the world right there Bill Tarsha the Rocket 88 best harmonica player in the world
ОтветитьGreat stuff right there.
ОтветитьI am now happy.
Ответить"main influence Sonny Terry" yeah I thought so
Ответитьall technique...he really has nothing to say.

ОтветитьAfter listening to alot of great blues harmonica, James Cotton is my favorite.
ОтветитьHow about a chromatic ??
ОтветитьWell, he's technically amazing, yet I still find this incredibly annoying to listen to.
Ответитьi've just been through my childhood emotions... like 17 times ... shuffled by god :)
ОтветитьSonny Terry in there
ОтветитьBeen in that shop, it's gone now.
Ответитьi smoke this weed too and i play with farts the same
ОтветитьWow! A man after my own harp! You're channeling Sonny, adding a little Popper, mixing it with a lot of Walbank and taking Mississippi Delta blues to a higher level. Thank you!
Ответить💚💚💚💚Hot damn!!!!
ОтветитьTruth revealed! This is Wolverine pissed off and taking it out on the harmonica, look at his eyes. Its scary!😆LOL!
Ответитьshred that Harmoni man
ОтветитьPeople, the harp (AND BLUES) doesn't ONLY sound good slow. Branch out once in a while, its quite enlightening
