This content is so discouraging and offers very little substance that answers the question of how to start a house cleaning business.

Skipped around a bit throughout the video to see if you talk about anything juicy specific to the house cleaning hospitality industry and was disappointed to see that most/if not all of the advice you've been giving is just very generic, cookie cutter type advice that could be applicable to any business (marketing, hiring employees and/or they are no-call-no-show's, etc). Don't get me wrong, that's all good advice and what not, but I felt like the title was a bit misleading. A more accurate title could've just been "Things You Need to Know Before Starting Your Biz" or something along those lines.

To give you some pointers on the type of info I'm looking for, would be things such as how in many jurisdictions, you'd be required to undergo a background check during the process of filing your business license if you plan on going into someone's home. If you're looking to do commercial kitchen cleaning, there may be specific licenses/certifications you'd need to have proving that you understand the importance of properly sanitizing working areas and how to clean the hood vent exhaust so the caked on grease/grime won't end up causing a fire, etc.

You can teach people to hire or help them plan. A good manager does not know everything so they have people around them who do know. Give it tine people. Know that it's a process and adjustments must be made

Hi Angela, how do you clean a house that has 3 large dogs and there is hair EVERYWHERE including hot tub and shower… what ever I clean I leave hair behind… I also have an office that is the same way if not worse there is lots of dust and dog hair all over the place. How do you do it or what do you recommend? I seriously wanted to cry because I couldn’t get the animal hair off what I just scrubbed and cleaned!!

It takes a lot of effort, trust, and work before you can convince someone to let you walk into their office or home unsupervised. Having said that, hiring trustworthy cleaners should be your highest priority as we believe that the greatest foundation of this business is built on trust.
