You can use beer not water don’t know how it works but it does just be careful to do it slowly not fast
ОтветитьNuff respect to all the men who have done and continue to do this work.
ОтветитьDetroit Diesel of course. You want reliability. Sorry cummins and clatterpillar. 😅
ОтветитьI don't see many of those CSB broads out there behind a piece of tin, fighting a fire. That may mess their hair and makeup. But, they think with their Powerpoints and fancy books they can tell me how to do a real job. How about, make me a sammich.
ОтветитьVery good job dudes and well done!!! Congratulations 997.117% yo throughout the 4th sizzling week of said joyous June y'all. Brilliant work by 971 bonus points and imagine being a cool enough person that John Wayne makes a movie about you.
ОтветитьMy grandfather met one one of those three famous blow out specialist when he worked in an oil refinery!
ОтветитьGreat episode of Modern Marvels, also, it was very nice of them to dedicate this to the late Red Adair.
ОтветитьWow!
That stuff is CRAZY!😮
Plainly Difficult sent me here!😅
Back in the days of a boss who actually knew the job and had done it himself. Unfortunately respect and experience is becoming more rare by the day.
Ответитьi never thought corrugated tin was a very good flame & heat 🔥 barrier 😏
ОтветитьWhere's John Wayne?
ОтветитьGod Bless the men and women who fight those fires.
ОтветитьBanger episode
ОтветитьThat’s one job if you’re going to do you better have your balls screwed on pretty tightly
ОтветитьNot firefighters, the are fire men!
ОтветитьNever dealt with any oil well fires. I was mainly just a regular firefighter, who put out the occasional house fire or car fire. But it's all the same, take away one part of the triangle, the fire is going out. I salute my brothers who do this job. They are awesome.
ОтветитьI worked for Boots & Coots/International Well Control back in the late 90's. By far one of the most dangerous jobs but more rewarding I've ever done. Now I'm just a small town local Assistant Fire Chief. Man what I would do to be young again. Great memories working with the best of the best folks.
ОтветитьI've been fascinated with this subject ever since I saw "Hellfighters" when I was 6 years old.
ОтветитьThey don't make MEN like these anymore.
ОтветитьJohn Wayne made a movie about these guys called HELLFIGHTERS
ОтветитьFire was started by a firefighter😂
ОтветитьWhy couldn't they use explosives to fight forest fires...
ОтветитьThey missed a few things Nothing about HL Patton he was in the biz at the same time Kinly was Patton got hurt badly when a Chain sailed thru the air taking off his arm !! he then quit The Time Myron had that premature can go off was because a welder lit a torch too close the welder was killed in the blast When Boots and coots left red it devastated him . I worked the Kuwait mess for 3 months was a heck of a experience .
ОтветитьThanks for sharing your video. I enjoyed watching. Take care and God Bless.
ОтветитьIt takes one idiot to ruin an economy however, that same idiot is responsible for creating the jobs in order to put out the fires, thus rebuilding it.
Ouch, had to hurt that you were roasted on national tv after the news blew you up out of proportion.
For everyone that was interested in this check out the movie Hellfighters if you can find it. John Wayne did a wonderful job portraying exactly this
ОтветитьAnd all the years that ready there was running his company he never lost one man not one that is amazing much respect for that man
ОтветитьRed Adair spoke at my wife's high school graduation
ОтветитьReally wish history Channel still did stuff like this. Loved theirs series when o was going through school.
ОтветитьMeanwhile McDonald’s workers want 15 dollars a hour
ОтветитьGreat Work Guys.
ОтветитьYea. Somebody gotta go in there right after that, kill the well & open it back up. Me. Carefully. 🤣
ОтветитьI'm next! 🤣 I saw Red Adair once. I was coming on location to kill the well, he was just leaving after putting the fire out. 🔥
ОтветитьThis is informative. You have to be a special kind of person to approach this job. Kudos to all.🇺🇲
ОтветитьHow do you end up with two people in the world with the weirdest last names, which happened to be Boots and Coots? I think that's so divine to end up like that doing the same business. A rare business at that. Who else knew that wells could burn that long? I had no idea, I thought they ran out of oil faster than that.
ОтветитьI doubt there are any women in that industry fighting for "equality"
Ответитьi llooovee this
ОтветитьI saw this maybe 2000 on TV. At the end you could order a VHS copy. I was enthralled with this episode and ordered it instantly. I keep the copy still as some kind of souvenir like someone who bought a jersey at a sports stadium.
ОтветитьI remember watching Red Adair do this when i lived in Houston
ОтветитьThat is why the soldiers fought and died. ..hahaha .. the dumbest soldiers of all time,🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьThe superb alcohol ostensibly balance because shadow unequivocally cross qua a satisfying slip. inexpensive, testy gold
ОтветитьLOOOOOL
ОтветитьThese men have/had balls of pure titanium !
ОтветитьFloyd Kinley died in 1938 and not 1939 like you stated in the video
Ответитьin the 1893 , dynamite was used to stop the fire burning down cripple creek. Shame is that the next day it reignited and burned the rest.
ОтветитьNext modern Marvel's, how the doctors fight cancer caused by fire foam the fighters use
Ответить
