Hello, how is it working if i want to capture also my Playstation Party Chat? On my Captrue Card i have to plugin an chatlink cable to the controller and to the capture card? But the live gamer duos dont has a port for the chatlink cable? Thank you

I bought this video capture card, it's terrible.
I connected a PS5, the picture quality is much worse than with a direct connection, I play FIFA 22. It is not possible to play online, the delays are felt.
I will return the card to the store, this card is not suitable for online games, where a quick response is needed

Problem: When connecting the video camera to the HDMI2 port, Windows 10 does not recognize the microphone, and there is no sound. During calls via Zoom or Telegram from the PC, there is no sound, and audio devices are not displayed.

Test: We connected an external microphone to the 3.5 mm jack - sound appeared. But we want to receive sound from the camera via HDMI.

Question: On your PC, does the device Avermedia Live Gamer DUO - GC570D appear in the microphone settings section?

Additionally: Drivers are updated, and we tried another GC570D card on a second PC with Windows 11 - the situation is the same, there is no sound.
