Koki is a flavourful Sindhi flatbread traditionally made with wheat and gram flour and is pepped up with aromatic spices, coriander leaves and onions.
My version is slightly different as it's perked up with a mélange of vegetables and a variety of flours (jowar, ragi (millets)) along with gram and wheat flour. These delicious breads make for an excellent and healthy breakfast/lunch/ dinner idea. It's plant-based (ghee substituted with oil) and it's really easy to make. And oh so lovely!
