In the 19th century, after the Napoleonic Wars, Britain makes a surprising move – establishing United Kingdom of the Alps. Switzerland wouldn’t be a neutral republic but will be a kingdom that would support Britain in any offensives.

This is not too insane to happen, as the Swiss identity and neutrality was mostly developed after the Napoleonic Wars, so they would never have these ideas, changing their history a lot!
