cartel has a bad history, with all the unpredicted red trusts it gives, high price compared to meme or midnight everyone would rather have something stable unlike cartel. cartel in csgo was a mess with all the rt problems and cs2.. oh boy does it have a bad history, bugs, shit optimization and everything else. not saying those are still the case but the majority of ppl rather go with something like meme which has many features, fast updates and is relatively safe until vac wakes up. then its over for both meme and cartel. i speak as a user of both in csgo and cs2.

I have cartel lifetime i purchase before anyx launch but i switched to anyx cause cartel staff is very rude and not responding and the cheat wasn't updated on time by the dev it tooks literally 2 days sometimes

why would you want to play the game if you have to cheat? what feels good about getting a kill with aim hack or wallhack it takes away the layer of the game that makes it fun and competitive
