When preppy, 22-year-old Philip Markoff was arrested for the killing of a Craigslist masseuse, Julissa Brisman, those who knew him were quick to come to his defense. "He could not hurt a fly," said his fiancée, Megan McAllister. "Phil is simply not capable of this," said a friend of Markoff's from his Quincy, Mass. apartment building.
