Sweet Marias Popper Medium Light Roast

Today's video highlights my Sweet Marias Popper Medium Light Roast. The Popper is an exciting cyclone air roaster that is affordable and allows you to control the temperature. I did a review on the Popper in my last video, but today I wanted to see if I could do a Sweet Marias Popper Medium Light roast to highlight the acidity and sweetness and of my Guatemala Hue hue coffee.

The first half of the video covers observations from viewers who have roasted on the popper as well as some of my own related to the features and performance of the Sweet Marias Popper. The second half covers the roast and the tasting.

It has been a long time since I roasted on an air roaster. I usually roast on my Mill City drum roaster. I am learning the Popper requires a different approach to roast some great coffee.
