That wasn't my strokes wrapped (300k minutes is absolutely bonkers), however, yes we do listen to Human Sadness over and over and over. That's my number 1 too, with Ode to the Mets similarly beneath it in the top 5, and strokes being #1 with voidz #2.

Something else about Spotify that, while subtle, I think is profoundly vile: the platform's dishonesty with respect to its "algorithms". Don't get me wrong, I like some of the recommendations Spotify gives, but occasionally it just straight up... lies. For example: on the blend feature, three different blends I have with friends include 3-4 songs by Sabrina Carpenter (and 1-2 songs from Chappel Roan), with my profile pics next to all these songs as if I listen to these artists frequently-- except, I quite literally never have (no hate though). I would give it a pass if they are just advertising (I get that's how these platforms usually make money), but presenting features that are done with an "algorithm" all while having your hands on the scales to prop up artists who pay your platform more... despicable. I can't explain it beyond just that it is profoundly dishonest in a uniquely insidious way

Honestly this is why I'm sympathetic to people who complain about their Wrapped. I listen to 80k or so per year and have definitely noticed discrepancies, and these discrepancies are ALWAYS biased towards major label artists, and never towards independent or smaller artists. I honestly don't trust the platform with anything anymore-- if it walks like a duck and swims like a duck, maybe you can't conclude for sure that it's a duck. But it's not a stretch to say that it might also quack like a duck especially if that is more in line with your anecdotal experience

121 days (about 1/3) of most people's days per year are spent sleeping. To rack up hours until you're hitting 200 some days worth basically means you never stopped listening to music as long as you were awake this year. Borderline impossible in my opinion but I guess I either need to get good, or I'm being duped
