Exodus 19:1~15
“And all the people answered together and said all that the Lord has spoken we will do.” (Ex 19:8)
So these people heard the voice of God and they said they will do everything.
How many people in this earth can keep the law perfectly?
Not even one person.
But still people are saying that they will keep it.
So if God wants us to keep the Ten Commandments, then why did he tell us to put in the ark and close the lid and he also put another lid with the angel’s wing?
If we know that we are unable, so not with the law, we need to go forward under the cross. Because we already sinned, no matter how well we keep the law, we are still sinners.
It is the cross who save us from sin.
Many people believe in themselves. That’s why they cannot do their spiritual life.
So God prepared.
He didn’t want to give the law to us. He prepared the blood of Jesus.
