I cannot really say without knowing your market or seeing it. However, it usually comes down to price, condition, location, and marketing. Your price needs to be better than competition. Location you cannot change or do anything about. And marketing is up to your agent. I don't do open houses-I think they are a waste of time.... If you aren't getting anyone even looking it could still be your price. But again it is hard to say without seeing or knowing your market.

ОтветитьExactly! As someone who is new to real estate, this is definitely one of the more frustrating aspects. Sellers telling me they don't feel comfortable posting pictures, how they don't want to move certain items of furniture because they like it the way it is. They don't understand it isn't just about what you like anymore. When you're selling, your home needs to please the masses.
