Edit- okay.. relistening i now see i missed ur reference to an earlier video in which u talked about difference between judicial & adminstrative, but i still dont quite get this?
Original comment minus a bit-
No! Dom't say such things? YOU'RE our attorney now, Diesel! 😅
Your stuff is gr8, inportant info. tho, & u deserve more views. Maybe try going live more, to build ur audience?
Where are all of these jurisdictions found listed? What is the reason for them? If u can't tell what jurisdiction we're being placed under for various prosecutions, then how can we ever figure it out, & will the judges really even know, & why does it matter?
For example, is it ever the case that challenging jurisdictions of the "less general sort"(this is the only way I can think to distinguish them from broader state, or county jurisdictions, based on what u said here?) leads to some admission on the state's part that they tried a quick bamboozle on u, but now that uve challenged jurisdiction they're gonna let the matter drop? Or will having challenged truly help on appeal should u lose a trial? Or what?
And if this is true, why don't lawyers ever use this tool? I mean, not even rich folks lawyers? Or lawyers representing other lawers who should know this, & instruct theur lawyers to take such a tach? Why not?
2nd edit- okay, i somehow missed several essential points the first listen that i caught now...
I understand much of this a lot better now.
But in the end id still ask what good challenging jurisdiction will do? Are they going to admit they're operating incorrectly?
Thank you, so much, for sharing this knowledge. Could you help guide me where to find more factual info about the court case bonds, CUSIP, docket, and how the administrators are paid (?) into a "retirement pool?" I hope I'm asking questions that are innerstandable 😅
